We are looking for a teammate we can count on to:
• Build our professional services and implementation function from scratch
• Delight customers by leading change management within the HR function
• Be an owner in building Searchlight’s business, from growing customers to building the best product
Relevant Experience:
• You’ve led global enterprise implementations of B2B SaaS at 1000+ employee organizations
• You’ve managed technical/non-technical stakeholders to complete Professional Service projects from end-to-end
• Demonstrated collaboration with Go to Market and Product teams to drive sales and scope projects
• Built and managed top-performing teams
Success Profile:
• Exceptional communicator, both verbal and written
• Self-starter and fast learner
• Strategic thinking with strong business acumen and judgment
• Conscientious collaborator eager to delight customers
In Month 1 you’ll:
• Become Searchlight product certified
• Build v1 of Searchlight's Implementation Playbook while shadowing current implementations
• Partner closely with CEO, VP Sales, CTO, and Head of Product
In Month 3 you’ll:
• Be leading implementations on your own, from pre-sales to post-sales
• Be an expert on Searchlight’s product, customers, and market
• Be a trusted advisor to the executive team
How we’ll take care of you:
• Our hybrid team in SF enjoys the office 3x/week with catered lunches, game nights, team dinners, and community events. Remote team members work synchronously with our SF team 10 AM - 5 PM Pacific
• $170,000-190,000 annual base salary with significant equity
