Job Description
Plans, directs & coordinates the daily assignments and operations of Dominos Restaurant and staff in Hyannis, Cape Cod, MA.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage daily operations of Dominos Restaurant serving associated food items and beverages.
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation, serving, and cleaning methods.
- Schedule and receive food and beverage deliveries, maintain food and equipment inventory, and keep inventory records.
- Handle customer questions and resolve complaints regarding food quality, service, or other issues; count monies and make deposits.
- Schedule staff hours, train, and motivate a quality team.
- Determine staffing requirements, interview, hire, and train new or existing staff.
- Prepare employee review and performance reports.
- Plan and coordinate sales and marketing promotions.
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Business, Management or related field and knowledge of service administration principles in coordination of people & resources; ability to lead independently, communicate information effectively.
Additional Information:
Full Time position, Forty (40) hours per week.
