What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to expand payer coverage for Option Care services
- Coordinate cross-functional activities in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Revenue Cycle Management
- Lead the Market Access sales team and manage reimbursement strategies
- Support senior executives in evaluating reimbursement initiatives and key projects
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tools and collateral for payer education and strategy
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of managed care experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong relationships within Blue's plans and/or adjacent organizations
- Demonstrated organizational skills and experience with strategic initiatives
- Proven record of successful contract negotiations and revenue growth
