What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the assessment, audit, and business process re-engineering efforts of the employer's technical infrastructure and operational efficiency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agency partners to gather insights and understand current practices
- Develop and implement a strategic framework for scalable application development and delivery models
- Drive initiatives to enhance the scalability, performance, and reliability of digital solutions
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with digital strategy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 15-20 years of proven experience as a Tech Lead, BPR Project Manager, or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience in business process re-engineering and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on delivering results within scope, time, and budget constraints
- Proficiency in evaluating and implementing technical solutions that drive scalability and efficiency
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Agile/Scrum transformation experience
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Git)
- Expertise in developing, implementing, and supporting complex application integrations
- Understanding and experience with composable architectures
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus
