Our civil litigation defense firm is seeking a labor & employment attorney to join our team. Our firm places an emphasis on strong legal work and excellent service while focusing on preventative counseling and a results-oriented approach to litigation.
The associate attorney would work closely with an established team of litigators and a robust client base and would have significant opportunities for growth and advancement. Ideally, the associate will have ample employment litigation experience and be able to handle a caseload with minimal supervision.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Admitted to the California Bar.
- 4 - 8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house setting.
- Preference for labor and employment experience; however, general civil litigation experience is welcome.
- Experience managing cases independently, subject to input from a supervising partner.
- Ample experience taking depositions and arguing motions in court.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
