- Utilize transactional and labor and employment experience to address client needs.
- Demonstrate excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Preferably, leverage prior employment litigation experience.
Requirements:
- 4-7 years of experience in labor and employment law.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications: Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
Skills:
- Solid experience in transactional and labor and employment matters.
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Preferably, prior employment litigation experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide effective legal advice to both public sector and private clients.
