As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with leadership to align sales strategies and objectives with business goals.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize sales processes and strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage sales data and generate insightful reports to support decision-making.
- Implement and manage sales technology stack, including CRM and sales automation tools.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define key performance metrics and establish a system for tracking and reporting.
- Facilitate training and development programs for the sales team on sales processes and tools.
- Work closely with the finance and marketing teams to ensure alignment on budgets, forecasts, and lead generation efforts.
- Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
- Identify bottlenecks in the sales process and propose solutions to address them.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with Salesforce and sales automation tools like Apollo.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strategic thinker with an excitement for creating scalable systems.
