Job Description
We are looking for an energetic Sr Manager for Sales Excellence. In this role, you will play a key role in improving sales performance and productivity for our Sales and Account Growth teams. This position is based in San Francisco and reports directly to the Senior Director, Head of Sales Excellence, Global Money Movement Solutions.
Essential Functions
- Create and execute Sales Excellence initiatives to boost sales performance and productivity.
- Pipeline Management Champion (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Assume responsibility for sales pipelines in Microsoft Dynamics, ensuring optimal pipeline management and tracking to target.
- Effectively manage the CRM utilization processes for management reporting (Bi-weekly Executive Report, PowerBI Dashboards, Global Survey, Sales Reports).
- Drive CRM adoption and Sales Pipeline quality efforts.
- Lead CRM trainings and create a unified guideline book for Sales.
- Design and manage sales reports and dashboards in Power BI to track sales performance and progress against the target.
- Partner with Sales Leaders and the Sales Enablement team to find and address potential areas of improvement and opportunity in Sales cycle.
- Sales Incentive Planning: Work collaboratively with Sales Leaders and the Global Sales Compensation team in executing and maintaining regional sales compensation plans based on corporate policies, business goals, and internal systems. Lead the Quota setting and management across Money Movement Sales. Work with internal functional groups to ensure compensation strategies support both corporate needs and regional requirements.
- Manage Sales Excellence projects and initiatives, making sure they align with overall sales goals and objectives.
- Work closely with Cross-Functional Account Executive teams, acting as a project manager on team-led projects.
- Support Account Growth teams in strategic account planning, making sure they align with sales goals and promoting cross-functional cooperation.
- Deal with complex and uncertain situations to provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to management.
This is a hybrid role, requiring employees to split their time between remote work and time in the office. Employees are expected to be in the office 2-3 set days a week, with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more, based on business needs.
Qualifications - Basic Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related work experience, or an advanced degree (Masters, MBA, JD, MD) with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated experience in Sales Operations and/or Strategy.
- Skill in using CRM systems, sales analytics platforms, and MS Office applications.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user.
- Ability to work well with teams that are located in different places.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating custom pitch decks.
- Excellent presentation and training skills.
- Solid project management skills.
- Analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adjust to changing circumstances and deal with ambiguity.
