PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The Lead-to-Cash (L2C) Business Systems Analyst is responsible for execution of revenue controls, gathering requirements, user acceptance testing of L2C applications, producing complex reporting, triage/correction of system related data errors in SAP TM/EM.
POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Serves as a domain expert in providing business support for all L2C systems, including SAP ECC FICA, SAP TM, SAP EM, SAP S/4, Customer Portal, and legacy finance and order management systems
- Reviews and analyzes system problems to identify solutions or workaround recommendations. Serves as liaison between the business and the IT support team to interpret and clarify the business needs/issues for resolution
- Collaborate with business teams to gain insights into and assess business processes for optimization and deliver mentorship on solution or improvement possibilities
- Performs User-Acceptance Testing and Support for incidents, improvements, system upgrades, and Projects
- System requirement identification and documentation analysis
- Communicates detailed technical concepts to non-technical collaborators
- Supports SOX and management controls review
- Generate reports and Find opportunities to automate the report generation process
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Must Have demonstrated ability working with SAP CC, TM, EM or CRM modules.
- Experience with SAP S4 is highly desirable

Management Conductor Program:
