Location: Misamis Power Plant, Misamis Oriental
The RES Marketing Manager is responsible for providing directions in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans for the Company's energy services businesses that factor in market conditions, competitive environment, and customer needs. The RES Marketing Manager and his/her group are responsible for securing the Company's product off-takers to generate and achieve target sales. He/she is expected to continuously evaluate the results in the Competitive Retail Electricity Market (CREM) under the regime of Retail Competition and Open Access (RCOA) and adjust strategies and tactics to achieve targets. It is expected of him/her to maintain good relations with each customer for retention and continuous business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing, negotiating, and securing contracts with off-takers to satisfy the company's field sales action plans based on management's directives.
- Implement all marketing strategies and manage all communication plans for all markets and/or customers to ensure achievement of all business objectives for revenue markets.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Management, Economics, Commerce, or equivalent.
- Willingness to travel, work on call, and knowledge of technical diagrams and flow charts.
- A minimum of 5 years proven experience in a similar role within the Power Generation industry.
