Job Description
Key Responsibilities of the Head of Operations:
- Develop, improve & implement operational processes and guidelines to ensure seamless and efficient functioning of stores.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards as well as handling/addressing feedback and complaints.
- Implement streamlined processes for commissary operations to ensure efficient production and distribution of products.
- Ensure implementation of quality and consistency of menu and services that uphold the brand's reputation.
- Manage people and training through identifying, training, and managing staff members.
- Foster a positive work environment and a culture of continuous learning and growth by providing necessary support.
- Execute budgets, monitor costs, maximize profitability, and monitor financial performance.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Head of Operations candidate:
- Has a strong operational and leadership background in the hospitality space with a great track record in career progress.
- Has at least 10 years of operations experience, with 5 years in leading a team.
- Must be amenable to traveling for store visits and following retail hours/industry demands when it comes to work schedule, especially during the holiday season.
