Job Description
● Responsible for achieving annual revenue target for the assigned industry vertical
● Establish relationships with the key decision makers at target customers, which includes understanding their key needs and opportunities to displace competition
● Crafting and delivering effective sales engagements which adapt to the product offerings to the needs of potential customers to close deals
● Collecting product feedback and conveying ideas for improvement to our technical teams
● Managing the entire sales process with analysis of competitors and business intelligence activities
● Intensive market research with focus on expanding the company's pipeline of leads within the assigned industry vertical
● Coordination with internal stakeholders (i.e. Product, Customer Service, IT) to ensure products and service are delivered as expected.
The Successful Applicant
● Has at least 8 years experience in B2B solution selling
● Familiarity with credit bureau, alternative data, credit solutions and technology solutions for FI is strongly preferred
● Existing C-Level connections to the IT/BPO Industry is an advantage
● Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to manage sales colleagues
● Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
● Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
● Strong leadership and team building skills
