Job Description
Ecommerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance the customer experience for health care professionals (HCPs) and key accounts.
- Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour to continuously optimise the ecommerce platform.
Platform Management:
- Oversee the daily operations of the ecommerce platform, ensuring seamless functionality, user experience, and technical performance.
- Collaborate with IT and web development teams to implement new features, updates, and integrations.
Sales and Revenue Growth:
- Drive online sales growth by developing targeted marketing campaigns, promotions, and loyalty programs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the online customer base.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and health care professionals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing inquiries, issues, and feedback promptly.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two direct reports, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilise analytic tools to track and report on key performance metrics, such as sales performance, customer engagement, and website traffic.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in ecommerce management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical or health care industry is a plus.
- Proven track record of driving online sales growth and managing key accounts.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce platforms, digital marketing, SEO, and web analytics.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
