We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Professional to join our Knowledge Centre in Cebu, where you will deliver customer-focused operational excellence for the Asia Pacific region. Your Role
You will ensure the proper execution and continuous improvement for specialized accounts payable (AP) related activities, working towards achieving process efficiency. You will be part of a project team, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders to standardize, automate and leverage artificial intelligence to improve financial performance.
Your Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute specialized AP activities across the region.
- Lead in driving the entire purchase-to-pay process.
- Prepare account reconciliations for vendors and suppliers, including performing investigations and handling escalations where necessary.
- Attend meetings and support in resolving disputed invoices with key vendors.
- Prepare payment cycles for special payments and supplier management.
- Ensure all financial reporting requirements are provided in an accurate and timely manner.
- Be part of a project team to standardize AP processes across the region leveraging automation and artificial intelligence.
- Support reviews of current processes, ensuring compliance and alignment with corporate guidelines, updating the regional guidelines.
Your Skills and Experiences
Your strong analytical skills and knowledge of logistics and finance, along with your stakeholder relationships will be the key to your success. You have been selected for this role for your knowledge across our operations, products and services; because you possess the key attributes we are looking for.
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in any related accounting course.
- Preferably with end-to-end purchase-to-pay responsibility for multiple countries for at least 2-4 years.
- Overall finance experience of 2-4 years.
- Language skills are a plus.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
