What is your mission?
Brand management and marketing
- Develop and implement comprehensive global brand and marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and market opportunities. Ensure that strategies and campaigns that can be adapted by local markets, ensuring cultural relevance and resonance.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty across diverse regions.
- Oversee the development of brand guidelines and ensure consistent application across all marketing materials and channels.
- Consult stakeholders for insights on our target audiences to inform brand strategy and identify growth opportunities. This includes both clients and employees.
- Determine, monitor and evaluate brand and marketing performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
- Work with related stakeholders such as HR and communications to ensure alignment and integration across communications initiatives
- Develop lead generation initiatives to drive new customer acquisition and sales growth.
- Optimize digital marketing spend to maximize ROI and achieve strategic goals.
Measurement and reporting
- Implement and oversee measurement and reporting systems to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Team management
- Manage and mentor a team of brand and marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of TDCX.
Who are we looking for?
- A graduate of marketing, business, and/or related course
- At least 10 years experience in a related-role with a proven track record of successfully managing and growing global brands
- 3-4 years managerial experience
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Google Adwords
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Hands on and willing to work within a lean structure
