Job Description
The Head of Business Development & Expansions should have a strong background in retail and leasing, exceptional decision-making skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have experience in aggressive growth through store openings.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end site screening and acquisition and ensuring the timely completion of projects.
- Provide the latest market knowledge and competitor details to aid in decision-making.
- Implement strategies for recruiting new franchise candidates & establishing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate should have:
- Experience and a great track record in expanding an F&B or restaurant brand through its end-to-end identifying to site acquisition process.
- Experience and good understanding of a franchising business model.
- Leadership experience.
