Job Description
- Lead a team of HR practitioners specializing in Compensation, Benefits, and HR Information System (HRIS) administration/delivery.
- Serve as the subject matter expert in Compensation & Benefits design and delivery, applying expert knowledge, methodologies, prevalent and emerging market trends, best practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in designing, developing, and delivering Rewards policies and programs.
- Plan and execute the delivery of operational transactions related to compensation and benefits, adhering to agreed SLAs and regulatory requirements.
- Lead transformation initiatives for new HRIS, implement effective employee data management processes, and generate analytics reports relevant to the business.
- Effectively communicate policies and programs, offering pertinent advice to business stakeholders.
- Manage projects to meet stakeholder expectations and proactively address any risks or issues.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and initiate solutions.
- Manage vendor relations and contract terms and conditions effectively.
The Successful Applicant
Educational Background:
- College Graduate, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of overall work experience in HR, with at least 5 years in Total Rewards (compensation & benefits design & operations) and HRIS
Knowledge and Skills:
- Highly analytical with advanced MS Excel knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
