We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in attracting and selecting top talent for our organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and making hiring recommendations. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be familiar with various sourcing techniques.
Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates for open positions.
- Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Interview Evaluation: Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' competencies, experience, and potential, and provide detailed feedback to hiring managers.
- Candidate Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the recruitment process and providing timely updates on their application status.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand by creating compelling job descriptions, engaging social media posts, and participating in recruitment events and career fairs.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and provide guidance on the selection process.
- Applicant Tracking: Utilize the company's applicant tracking system to manage candidate data, maintain accurate records, and generate recruitment reports.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms and conditions, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.

- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

- Amenable to work onsite daily at BGC, Taguig.
