The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the building materials industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their full potential.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
