Our client looking for a Head of Finance is a leading chemical manufacturing and production company specializing in sanitation and health products. With a strong focus on people and business health, the company operates across multiple divisions including institutional, pest elimination, food and beverage, and quick services. The organization boasts a total workforce of over 1000 employees, with 2 manufacturing plants in Laguna, and satellite offices in Cebu and Davao. Office located in Alabang.
Job Description
- Lead key financial functions in a dynamic manufacturing firm.
- Drive business transformation and process improvement initiatives.
- Actively participate in the planning and execution of company-initiated programs.
- Manage and oversee all financial matters, ensuring smooth operations across various groups.
- Review, revise, and implement policies related to financial transactions.
- Execute directives from Market and Global Headquarters.
- Coordinate with external counsel on legal, tax, or audit issues.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, particularly taxation.
- Conduct in-house seminars for staff, promote continuous learning, and monitor progress.
- Handle all management reportorial requirements related to finance.
- Lead the budget process, from conceptualization to implementation and control.
- Reports to Regional Financial Controller.
- Manage the team: Finance Administrative Manager, Senior Manager Credit Services, Senior Customer Service Supervisor, Senior Financial Analyst, Accounting Manager.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
- Eight or more years of significant experience, including role as Head of Finance.
- Track record in business transformation and business partnering.
- Knowledge in process migration to SAP.
- Experience in building SSC teams, including transitioning AP functions.
- Strong expertise in finance business partnering, leadership, and stakeholder management.
- In-depth knowledge of accounting, BIR/Tax, local regulations, compliance, and financial planning.
