Job Description
- Build customer relationships, understand business needs, and provide guidance to enhance satisfaction
- Offer high-level design and project consulting for cloud adoption
- Lead or participate in project negotiations, contract improvements, and dispute resolution
- Analyze industry trends and macro environment
- Develop market strategies and identify digital transformation opportunities
- Create ecosystem maps, manage solution boundaries, and oversee project cooperation
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Coordinate internal resources to support development, pre-sales POC, and key project delivery
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the Philippine cloud industry
- Experience with: Azure, AWS, GCP, or Alicloud
- Ability to understand customer business and strategic requirements, influence plans and budgets, and design solutions considering competition, profitability, and deliverability
- Strong customer communication skills to convey product and solution value and build trust relationships
