Job Description
As the Head of Commercial, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring timely achievement of all brand and store KPIs.
- Analyzing sales performance to provide clients with strategies for sustainable e-commerce growth. Enhance sales through stock availability, competitive pricing, effective merchandising, and targeted assortment expansion.
- Driving revenue and profitability by collaborating with Business Development to introduce new value-added services, optimizing commercial terms with existing clients, and scaling operational processes.
- Maintaining strong relationships with brands and e-commerce platforms, interacting daily to ensure effective strategy implementation.
- Coaching and developing your team members.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in English.
- Experienced with business fundamentals.
- 8-10 years of e-commerce experience, ideally from brands, platforms, or enablers.
- Proactive self-starter who aligns with the vision and serves as an ambassador.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy and flexibility.
- Commercially savvy, with the ability to understand customer needs and performance drivers, and advise brands on e-commerce matters.
- Strong presentation and listening skills to build lasting senior client relationships.
- Proven managerial experience with a history of leading teams.
- Results-oriented with a track record of impact in a fast-paced start-up environment, demonstrating ownership and cross-functional collaboration.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
