Job Description
The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The Sales Director will oversee 10 direct reports and a salesforce of 100+ headcount.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Sales Director candidate must have the following:
- Have a great track record and career progression within the FMCG space.
- Seniority benchmark: at least 20 years of working experience.
- Currently leading the sales department or has handled at least 250M USD business.
- Good to have: sales transformation experience.
- Open to a non-FMCG company.
