Job Description
- Act as a senior financial analyst and trusted advisor to the senior management team
- Present to the commercial team management reports complete with analysis, insight, and variances to the budget
- Support the commercial team in shaping deals and understanding the profitability of offers to clients
- Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and the monthly management report
- Ensure the financial forecast remains in line with the business outlook
- Ensure processes are in place to timely and effectively perform forecasting & budgeting
- Collaborate with global team in managing professional services for APAC
- Perform value adding financial analysis to identify business opportunities
- Drive financial transparency, financial analysis and insights
- Drive and contribute to finance- and business initiatives and projects
- Drive and contribute to the development and optimization of financial- and business processes and the use of ERP systems
- Perform ad-hoc business partnering and controlling tasks
The Successful Applicant
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Management, or equivalent
- At least 5+ years of experience with financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and providing financial business support
- Solid stakeholder management skills
- A structured and analytical mindset with a self-starter attitude
- Can work well independently, as in teams
- Brilliant collaboration and communication skills, bridging finance and business
- A high drive, a sense of urgency, and the ability to prioritize between multiple stakeholders in a dynamic and changing global environment
- Fluency in spoken and written English
