Job Description
- Digital Strategy Development: Assist in developing and implementing local digital strategies aligned with global and regional roadmaps, including social media, CRM, and eCommerce.
- Performance Analytics: Support the tracking, measurement, and benchmarking of digital marketing performance to help achieve brand objectives.
- Consumer Insights: Analyze consumer and shopper trends through data mining and provide insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure that digital solutions and processes comply with group policies and local regulations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Contribute to cross-functional collaboration with teams in eBusiness, Marketing, Sales, and other departments.
- Partner Relations: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with digital partners (e.g., Facebook, Google) and agencies.
- Digital Best Practices: Support the implementation of digital best practices and contribute to digital capability building.
- Innovation and Trends: Participate in generating innovative ideas based on new consumer and shopper trends
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM, preferably in an FMCG environment
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, CRM, and performance analytics.
