Executes and performs the daily MDU Sales tasks and responsibilities based on the standard process and guidelines. Ensures to deliver the given target within the agreed timeline, to support and achieve the overall lines and revenue target of the company.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education :
- College Graduate of any 4-year Business course
- At least 5 years Sales Experience
- Knowledge in Non-Traditional Selling Strategies, Process and Account Management
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Client/Subscriber Acquisition and Management
- Engages with the Building Administrators for the selling and after-sales activities to be done in the assigned building.
- Handles client applications and inquiries from the residents/potential clients in the assigned Buildings.
- Submits/uploads documents needed for the job order processing.
- Ensures that clients’ applications will be processed on time and will be installed in the agreed SLA.
Internal Coordination
- Processes the client’s application and coordinates with Internal Partners for concerns that need immediate resolution.
Report Management
- Provides weekly updated reports to MDU Area Sales Heads and maintains an active database to ensure proper and full coverage of the assigned building and the target utilization rate is achieved.
