In accordance with the Policies, Procedures and Standards of Choma Hospitality, Inc. and Quest Plus Conference Center and Mimosa Plus Golf Course under the supervision of the General Manager and Exec. Asst. Manager, the Chief Engineer is responsible for the general administration of the Engineering Department, including proper maintenance and repair of all buildings, fixtures, fittings, and equipment, as well as technical improvements, preventive maintenance, and utilities consumption control.
