Job Description
- Organize recording and processing of cost invoices and intercompany transactions.
- Ensure accuracy, settlement, and compliance of invoices.
- Participate in onboarding and migration of new locations into the SSC.
- Spearhead process improvement to increase efficiency.
- Stakeholder management.
- People management and performance management.
- Strategic planning and decision-making.
The Successful Applicant
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in P2P, FP&A, or P&L management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a people management and resource management role.
- Strong experience in cost management, cost analysis, and cost allocation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in process migration to a SSC.
