Job Description
The National Sales Manager will:
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making.
- Implement data-driven approaches to optimize channel sales processes and outcomes.
Key Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the chosen sector.
- Collaborate with key account teams to understand customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
Channel Strategy Development:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall channel sales strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and maximize synergies.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a results-oriented sales team.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure the team achieves and exceeds sales targets.
The Successful Applicant
The National Sales Manager has:
- At least 8 years of experience in FMCG Sales, with 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- A deep network in the FMCG industry.
