- Lead a high volume inbound contact center
- Utilize multiple computer systems
- Demonstrate a strong knowledge of Call Center Development
- Act as an expert on processes and procedures
- Manage day-to-day call center activities
Requirements:
- 5+ years BPO experience required
- Previous leadership experience leading a high-volume call center
- Understanding overall performance results
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
