Essential Qualifications:
In-depth knowledge of merger and acquisition:
- Financial Statement Consolidation and Financial Modelling
- Highly proficient in Philippines Accounting Standards (PAS)/ Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PARS)
- Ability to use, manipulate, and manage SAP/QuickBooks or other Finance/Accounting systems
- Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written English
- Hands-on experience in handling business and finance transition during/after merger and acquisition
- Proven track record in project management experience, preferably finance transformation, financial planning, process improvement
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Diploma in Business Analytics
- Certified Public Accountant
- At least 10 years of work experience as Finance Manager
Desirable Qualifications:
- Business acumen in pharma and healthcare
- Technical Skills: Financial Business Modelling/Extrapolation using MS Excel and/or Power BI
- Strategic Planning and Balanced Scorecard
- Tech-savvy
- Know-how on cloud-based accounting systems, Zoho Books, and/or Zoho Inventory
- Existing (business/professional relationship) and/or has previously worked and/or collaborated with (government) agencies (such as SEC, BIR, banks, etc) in any capacity, e.g. consultant, implementing project partner, can also be transactional
- 3-5 years of work experience as CFO
- Masters in Finance or Business Administration
- Licenses: Certified Management Accountant
