Unspecified Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for effectively developing and managing project schedules for Engineering Project Management Office of IEIC-P.
Ensures all project milestones are achieved within identified and documented time, budget, and performance expectations for small projects or discreet tasks within multiple projects.
Monitors projects from inception through completion.
Utilizes the CMS Project Management tools and systems on projects.
Performs critical path analysis and prepares and implements work-around plans to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Evaluates, develops, and/or implements standards and procedures for project management methodology, practices, procedures, and tools.
Identifies and reacts to project problems and recommends solutions, such as reallocating resources or changing contractual specifications.
Maintains the necessary project metrics.
Functions as the Technical Leader, coordinating numerous functional disciplines in support of project execution.
Provides technical leadership to a group of project engineers and data miners.
Facilitates communication between functional groups and with the multiple customers.
Conducts meetings, consolidates, and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the project(s).
Identifies improvement opportunities and participates in continuous improvement activities for the Engineering Project Management Office and Integrated Product Team processes.
Oversees and coordinates the administrative and operational aspects of ongoing projects within program guidelines.
Monitors and reports the status of all projects to Engineering management staff, project sponsors, clients and other stakeholders.
Performs other duties as required to ensure project success.

Minimum Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of prior relevant experience in program management OR Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience OR In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience in program management is required. Experience in any of programming software application and program management tool is a plus.
