As a Sales Specialist-Pressure Pumping, you'll be responsible for winning business. You'll develop sales plans and handle diverse clients in the Caspian Region. You'll cooperate with the team to support technology introduction as an incremental part of country revenue.
As a Technical Sales Specialist-Pressure Pumping, you will be responsible for:
- Developing sales plans and handling diverse clients in the Caspian.
- Selling to diverse clients; the addition of a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to a review process.
- Handling products and systems requiring technical knowledge where some customization within guidelines can be done.
- Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions where there is room for negotiating and client-specific conditions.
- Cooperating with (technical) sales support to realize sales and lead a department with large estimated orders.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a related educational background.
- Be able to develop influential customer relationships, plans, sales strategies, presentations, win/loss tender ratios, and proposals.
- Have experience in Pressure Pumping (cementing/coiled tubing/fracturing, etc.).
- Have experience in a sales position and operations.
- Demonstrate good oral and written communication in Azerbaijani, English; Russian is a plus.
- Be able to lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact and coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Show effective problem identification and solution skills with proven analytical and organizational ability.
- Have experience in writing offers and supporting in tendering.
