Senior Brand Manager - CDM Equity and Innovation

You create and implement the innovation/renovation strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.
How you will contribute
- You will work with others in Mondelēz International to determine an innovation strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric brand growth and execute commercial innovation plans based on identified goals.
- In partnership with brand teams, you will define and deliver plans to renovate the core brand and strengthen the entire portfolio through innovation and renovation.
- You will manage the portfolio (which includes brand architecture) and be accountable for revenue and profit sharing objectives as they relate to innovation.
- You will monitor performance against key performance indicators.
- Based on your deep consumer insights, brand strategy, and positioning, you will integrate innovation into marketing communication plans and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of CDM E&I 4-4-2-1 that delivers sufficiency for the region’s growth ambitions till 2027.
- Lead BIG BET on Core brand from ideation through to execution throughout the Strategic Plan horizon, including in-year contract commitments.
- Support key Strategic Work-Streams relevant to specific Countries in SEA.
- Create a strong team culture with key cross-functional colleagues (Equity, Insights, Country Marketing Teams, R&D, BD, Finance, PCDM, Legal and regulatory).
- Accountable for leading large licensing/activation programs to drive accelerated growth for Core CDM.
- Work collaboratively with a significantly large network of cross-functional stakeholders, across multiple levels, countries & functions to gain alignment to CDM Plans.
What you will bring
- Minimum 8 years Brand Management experience.
- Minimum 3 years Innovation Management experience, leading Innovation from beginning to end.
- Proven success in handling big bold Integrated marketing campaigns.
- Exposure to multimarket/regional role will be a plus.
- Experience in marketing, ideally in a matrix environment in the consumer goods industry.
- Experience in developing and marketing product innovations at a cross-country level.
- Ability to work effectively with other marketing disciplines and with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with design, innovation, and research agencies.
- Analytical and creative skills—a balance of commercial and strategic acumen.
- Understanding of consumers.
- Effective communication skills, verbally and in writing, and executive presentation skills.
- Consumer identification & insight translation.
- Strong brand foundations: strategy, planning, positioning, portfolio management.
- Integrated marketing mix: strong communications planning & briefing, creative development & in-market execution.
- Solid digital acumen: Zero Party data and integration in broader marketing campaigns.
- Strong commercial acumen: full P&L with a focus on pricing/promo, COGS/T, volumetric builds.
- Strong innovation: NPD role & process, project management, I2M platform & pipeline management.
