Deliver gross sales at the agreed corporate margin, in the local automotive sector market and other related industries.
Recommend sector and prospect marketing requirements in liaison with key internal departments in terms of strategy, marketing communication, and product.
Identify sales opportunities aligned with the company targets and prospects and submit these to the business.
Deliver commercial propositions and customer relationships, agree with appropriate operational solutions, and gain internal sign-off for proposals.
Build and maintain a balanced sales pipeline for all new and existing products and services to agreed targets.
Deliver a target percentage of customer-facing time.
Develop and deliver annual budgets, re-forecasting and updating the business as agreed.
Maintain knowledge of current market behavior and competitor activity.
Comply with all regulatory procedures applicable to the role.
Education And Experience Requirements
- College graduate preferably marketing, or business management course.
- MBA units are an advantage.
- At least 5 years experience in corporate sales and account management in a managerial capacity.
- Strong interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Knowledge of current sales and marketing, industry trends.
- Wide network in the motoring industries.
- Willing to travel and extend hours if needed.
