Qualifications:
- At least 5-10 years of work experience as a VP, Director, or Head of the department, specializing in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of success in acquiring new business and managing renewals within the HMO or insurance industry.
- Should have a background in the HMO industry.
- Proven experience in business development, including identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation skills, interpersonal abilities, leadership, goal-oriented, and team management skills.
- Strategic thinker and problem solver with the ability to be hands-on.
- Willing to work onsite in San Antonio, Pasig area from Monday to Friday, day shift.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- The Head of Sales and Marketing is responsible for driving the organization's sales and marketing strategies to acquire new business, manage renewal business, and lead the business development initiatives.
- This role involves overseeing the sales and marketing teams, developing strategic plans, and ensuring the effective execution of strategies to achieve organizational growth and market engagement.
