QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
· MBA is a plus.
· Proven experience as an executive assistant with a focus on financial responsibilities.
· Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial principles.
· Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, QuickBooks).
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
· Discretion and the ability to handle confidential financial information.
· Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
· Proficiency in office software and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Outlook).
· Drafting contracts, memos, advisories for the executives.
· Flexibility and adaptability to changing financial priorities.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Professional demeanor and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
· Knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced working environment.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Financial Support
- Prepare financial reports, statements, and analyses as requested by the executive.
- Assist in budget preparation and tracking of financial performance.
- Monitor and manage executive expenses, including tracking receipts and reconciling credit card statements.
- Prepare and submit expense reports.
- Maintain financial records, invoices, and receipts.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits or financial reviews.
Administrative Support
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with financial deadlines.
- Ensure the executive's calendar aligns with financial commitments.
- Handle financial communications and correspondence with clients, partners, and team members.
- Screen calls and emails, forwarding important financial matters to the executive.
- Organize, maintain, and secure financial documents and records.
- Research and compile financial data for reports and presentations.
- Handle sensitive financial information and maintain a high level of discretion.
- Identify and resolve financial and administrative challenges efficiently.
- Support the executive in addressing financial-related issues.
- May perform other tasks as assigned.
