Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Manage the daily operations of the water filtration station, focusing on maximizing efficiency and maintaining high service standards.
- Oversee a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring their development, motivation, and performance align with business goals.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and maintain all necessary operational permits and licenses.
Sales and Business Development
- Develop and execute entrepreneurial sales strategies to grow the customer base, tap into new markets, and significantly drive revenue.
- Build strategic partnerships and nurture customer relationships, continuously identifying opportunities for expansion.
- Lead customer service initiatives, ensuring inquiries and issues are resolved quickly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
Financial and Performance Management
- Take full ownership of financial management, ensuring efficient control of operational costs while optimizing profitability.
- Develop, monitor, and manage budgets, setting and achieving ambitious financial targets.
- Provide regular financial insights and reports to the business owners to support informed decision-making.
Supply Chain and Vendor Management
- Manage inventory levels, sourcing and securing materials in a timely manner.
- Negotiate and cultivate relationships with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and cost efficiency.
Marketing and Brand Growth
- Spearhead marketing initiatives that focus on brand visibility and customer acquisition through both traditional and digital channels.
- Build and enhance the company’s online presence, driving engagement through social media and other online platforms.
Quality Control and Maintenance
- Oversee the maintenance of water filtration systems, ensuring peak performance and operational efficiency.
- Schedule and coordinate routine equipment servicing to prevent downtime and disruptions in service.
Strategic Leadership and Expansion
- Be the driving force behind strategic planning, identifying new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Champion innovations to optimize operations, boost productivity, and create a unique market position.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on driving growth, preferably in water filtration or a related industry.
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and building entrepreneurial ventures.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and cultivate talent.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a focus on problem-solving and innovation.
- Highly self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable making independent decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in business management software and digital tools.
- Strong understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
