Job Overview
The job holder is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of InfoMax Systems Solutions & Services, Inc. by developing distribution channels, executing marketing programs and activities to support sales efforts. This includes recommending marketing projects and programs to launch new products and promote sales opportunities, as well as gathering information from the sales team on competitive activities and formulating counter strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support and Pipeline Review Coordination
Partner Relations
- Communicate with the principals on product updates, pricing, needed support, meetings, and principal-sponsored events as directed by the GM.
- Communicate with the IT partners of the company for product updates, pricing, and support accurately and in a timely manner.
Branding and Marketing
- Handle implementation of marketing activities approved and/or directed by Management. Monitor marketing activities and gather pertinent statistics to measure effectiveness. Regularly update management on the status and results of marketing activity.
- Responsible for the update and maintenance of the company's website to ensure it has current and relevant content to attract new customers and increase present customers' awareness of Infomax product and service offerings.
- Write and/or locate content for our website and monitor visits to our website and in-bound queries.
Events Management
- Initiate and manage staging of events as directed by the GM, sales team, and/or principals in support of the company’s sales strategies and targets. Obtain invitation lists from the Sales Team and GM; handle communication of invites and follow-ups to ensure optimal acceptance and attendance.
- Prepare and oversee the annual budget for Infomax Events, brochures, and other marketing tools/materials. Ensure that expenses are within each event's budget to manage costs.
- Take charge of logistics and other arrangements for company events such as planning sessions, solutions updates, and others as needed/assigned.
Accreditation
- Responsible for preparing/collating accreditation documents required by clients in coordination with the concerned parties in the organization.
Others
- Perform other job-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or equivalent.
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience in Sales Support or Marketing, preferably in an IT Sales organization.
- Proficient in the use of Excel.
- Particular in keeping deadlines and persistent in doing follow-ups.
- Able to write articles and press releases.
- Experience in the use of digital media, i.e., website, LinkedIn.
