We are looking for a Sales Director who will be mainly responsible in developing key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand Xepto's customer base.
- Clearly understands customer problems through strategic questioning that will lead to sound recommendations for solutions.
- Liaise and relate well with teachers, school administrators, and IT innovators.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers/clients.
- Communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-levels.
Qualifications:
- At least 12 years experience (at least 5 years managing a sales team) in selling IT solutions; EdTech
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales process
- Passion for bringing technology into the classroom
- Classroom experience and/or any related educational field preferred
- Willing to work in Asian Star Building Muntinlupa City
