HEAD OF PRODUCT
The Head of Product role focuses on managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. It also includes working with sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Additionally, it ensures that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Apply strategic and innovative vision to drive project progress, ensure stakeholder engagement, and overcome any implementation obstacles that the projects may encounter.
- Maintain close communication with the COE, implementing partner, and stakeholders to support successful project implementation.
- Document product requirements, design, and implementation.
- Suggest solutions to identified product problems.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in product management and managing the full software development life cycle, from ideation to prototyping, market launch, and product sunset.
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C products.
- Willingness to roll up sleeves and perform as part of total productivity and deliverables like QA, documentation writing, and actual development.
- Understanding of the media and entertainment industry - live stream, video games.
- Experience using agile methodologies and scrum in product management.
- High-quality organizational and leadership skills.
- Capability to negotiate with stakeholders.
- Ability to manage and mentor 2-5 product managers and testers.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Analytical mindset to develop and utilize reliable metrics.
- Financial skills including budgeting, forecasting, justifying, and managing OPEX.
