Duties and Responsibilities:
A.Business planning
- Lead the team to create an overall plan, strategies, and tactics to increase the perceived value of the propert
B. Financial Management
- Ensure that all expenses are within budget
- Ensure that the overall income target is achieved
C. Leasing, Marketing & Operations
- Foot Traffic (Ensure that the overall foot traffic target for the year is achieved)
- Tenant Sales / Tenant Relations (Ensure that the overall tenant sales target for the year is achieved)
- Branding & Tenant promotions (Oversee all promotions and activities happening on property assigned to)
D. Security and safety
- Ensure all machines, equipment, apparatus, fixtures, and accessories of the mall are in good operating condition at all times.
- Ensure the Security and safeguarding of lives, and properties and enforces proper vehicular and pedestrian traffic including peace and order within the entire shopping center and its perimeter.
E. Property upkeep
- Ensure cleanliness and safety in all facilities and public areas of the mall.
F. LGU, media, and public relations
- Create alliances with LGU, Media, and Community partners to strengthen property branding
