Job Purpose
The main role is to ensure that all documents from Institutional Banking Corporate Clients availing Person-To-Merchant (P2M) ONE QR and Salary On-Demand Facilities are complete before enrollment, supporting the goals of the IB Corporate Sales Team. This position involves working closely with the Sales Team and IB Relationship Managers to address any missing documents and follows standard procedures to sustain and expand the business. Building strong relationships with external and internal partners is also crucial to increase Agency Banking revenues in line with the Bank's overall strategy.
Responsibilities
- Ensures documents from Sales Team, Relationship Managers, and Corporate Clients are processed promptly.
- Thoroughly examines submitted documents related to the utilized facilities.
- Ensures swift routing of documents for approval by RM/Sales/Group Head.
- Sends reviewed documents to the Onboarding Team within the agreed-upon deadline.
- Manages Business Partners effectively.
- Collaborates with RM Partners/Corporate Clients regarding document deficiencies.
- Provides a daily list of Corporate Clients with missing documents to the Sales Team/RM Partners for appropriate action.
- Aids in addressing concerns/queries of RM Partners/Corporate Clients.
- Supports Management Reporting.
- Regularly updates the Corporate Clients pipeline based on processed documents.
- Provides consistent updates on clients who have submitted documents but are not in the pipeline.
- Carries out other assigned responsibilities/tasks diligently while aligning with the Group/Bank's objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Management, Banking & Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing, Economics
- At least 2 years relevant work experience with knowledge in bank protocols, regulations, policies and procedures.
