SALARY: Php 40,000.00 to Php 50,000.00 allowance plus commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Research new markets and use the data to forecast sales, set performance goals, review strategies to increase revenue, and set operating budgets.
- Devise and implement new business initiatives and sales strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure effective training programs for sales representatives, assign trained sales representatives to various territories, and set their sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.
- Oversee the company's sales growth by evaluating monthly sales reports.
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Database management.
- Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight are provided to the sales and marketing organization.
- Define contact and account quality standards in the database, defining processes and data acquisition strategies.
- Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs.
- Coordinate with the CEO regarding sales plan, team’s performance, sales budget, sales report, etc.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Meet with sales managers to assess the sales team's performance and oversee the performance management and recommend action plans.
- Submit and present the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the CEO:
- Leads/Pipelines
- Sales quota per Sales Manager/Team (including organic, network, and in-house)
- Sales target vs actual sales (including organic, network, and in-house)
- Monthly collection
- Performance Appraisal Rating of SM and SAS
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT:
Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business or Commerce.
At least seven (7) years of proven experience as a sales director.
