DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Management
- Supervises, reviews and coordinates the work activities of the Account Managers.
- Assists the Chief Sales Officer on top level discussions with the customers.
- Sets up business plan, sales budget and monitors output of sales/ presales personnel, especially those junior sales executives who need strategic support.
- Achieves to reach the sales target of the team.
- Delivers intel/ data for both commercial and technical.
- Attends pre-bid conferences.
- Supports Sales Executives in addressing all issues to customers’ satisfaction and assisting to identify, pursue potential new business opportunities from the same customer base/prospective customers.
- Assists sales and pre-sales personnel with the preparation of proposals and bids, and when required, assists in contract negotiations.
- Participates and gives input on what strategies to apply to each of the bid.
- Facilitates/ leads the sales meeting.
- Reviews weekly and monthly sales activity reports.
- Prepares and updates the Weekly Activity Report (WAR) in the Sales Tracking Systems, and prepare the Sales Tracking Activity Report (STAR) in a monthly basis for real project/PO in the pipeline.
- Sets policies and procedures to ensure control and productivity of each department/ sales.
People Management
- Researches, plans, organizes and conducts sales training programs, seminars, and conferences for clerical, supervisory, technical, and lower-level management personnel.
- Writes material for new training programs. reviews, evaluates, and modifies existing and proposed programs, and recommends appropriate changes.
- Administers and evaluates training program qualification tests and determines eligibility of prospective attendees.
- Prepares and distributes training aids such as instructional material, handouts, evaluation forms, and visual aids. sets up audiovisual equipment and makes presentations when necessary.
- Schedules the appropriate classroom and prepares the physical setup.
- Regularly reviews and updates all existing training tools.
- Supports & coaches staff to drive development and succession in the organization.
- Measures the team’s performance by tracking and evaluating key metrics and ensuring that numbers are met according to the agreed targets
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, or any course related
- With at least 5 years of experience in Sales
- With excellent leadership skills
- Outstanding Communication, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills
- Analytical and Critical Thinking skills
- Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
