JOB BRIEF
- The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of the integrated resort’s marketing and advertising initiatives. The CMO will direct marketing efforts with the goal of increasing the resort's brand awareness, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer engagement.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the resort's business goals.
- Oversee market research and analysis to guide marketing strategies and identify opportunities.
- Lead branding, advertising, and promotional initiatives to enhance the resort's brand visibility and reputation.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide continuous feedback and development opportunities.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales and revenue management teams to optimize pricing strategies and promotions.
- Enhance customer engagement and satisfaction through personalized marketing approaches.
- Leverage customer data and analytics to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, SEO, content marketing, and online advertising.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends and technologies to ensure the resort’s marketing strategies remain innovative.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships with external stakeholders, including media agencies, influencers, and corporate partners.
- Negotiate and manage marketing contracts to ensure alignment with the resort’s goals.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing investments, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal regulations, ethical standards, and the resort’s internal policies.
- Maintain the resort’s brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the hospitality or integrated resort industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale marketing campaigns and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer experience strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
