Minimum Qualifications and Experience Required :
- Candidate must possess at least a Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent
- At least 2 years of teaching experience or Minimum of 2 years of related industry practice.
- Excellent communication / teaching skill

General Job Responsibility :
Takes the lead in the successful management and implementation of retention program of the Campus / Branch.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities :
- Delivers Face-to-Face instruction
- Responsible in monitoring the number of students enrolled in the campus
- Conducts co-curricular activities for retention purposes
- Responsible in managing concerns and issues like students’ absenteeism, grievances and the like.
- Encodes, reviews and approves 3LP grades.
- Performs administrative tasks like coordination, preparation & submission of related reports and surveys.
- Assumes functions of a campus Dean as required.
- Implements / executes plan of actions to drive student retention.
- Complementary function in monitoring faculty attendance in class, meetings, trainings, and other academic activities.
- Communicates new policies, rules and advisories related to College or Campus operation.
- Performs related-tasks as may be assigned by the Lead OLC and/or CAO.
