OBJECTIVES
Achieve and exceed country revenue targets for the sales and account management team.
Increase market penetration and secure new customers within the Philippines.
Lead and manage the local sales team to ensure high performance and deal success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals.
Engage at the C-level with logistics companies, retailers, and brands to drive sales of our clients eCommerce SaaS solutions.
Work closely with account management and product teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Map the market to identify and qualify sales opportunities, and lead the team in executing the sales process.
Tailor sales presentations and product demos to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
Manage the entire consultative sales cycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and contract closure.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and PR, to optimize lead generation and sales efforts.

REQUIREMENTS
Open to: Philippine nationals only
Language : Proficiency in English and Tagalog.
Experience: 8-15 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for those who have sold SaaS solutions to logistics companies or retailers.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Reporting Line: Reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Team Management: Responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the Philippines.
