Head of Sales PH
You will be the face of the company in the Philippines and will have the dedication to contribute to and implement an effective sales and client success strategy.
The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through sales acquisition and forging strong relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
- Arrange business development meetings with prospective clients
- Maintain a positive market presence to support the growth and penetration of the Workvivo and VMG Connect brands in the region
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Meet agreed targets
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements and Skills
- 7 years+ proven working experience as a business development manager in SaaS companies
- Proven sales track record. A self-motivator, and go-getter with the ability to work remotely
- Ability to build rapport. Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
- Must have excellent English communication skills – written/verbal and negotiation skills
- Market knowledge and business networks
- Willing to travel outside the Manila region as required
- Time management and planning skills
- MBA or equivalent degree in business administration, sales or a relevant field
