SALARY: Php 45,000.00 to Php 50,000.00 allowance plus commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Research new markets and use the data to forecast sales, set performance goals, review strategies to increase revenue, and set operating budgets.
- Devise and implement new business initiatives and sales strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
- Ensure effective training programs for sales representatives, assign trained sales representatives to various territories, and setting their sales goals, revenue targets, and key performance indicators.
- Oversee the company's sales growth by evaluating monthly sales reports.
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Database management.
- Ensure reports and other internal intelligence and insight is provided to the sales and marketing organization.
- Define contact and account quality standards in the database, defining processes and data acquisition strategies.
- Monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs.
- Coordinate with the CEO regarding sales plan, team’s performance, sales budget, sales report, etc.
- Perform other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
- Meet with sales managers to assess the sales team's performance and oversee the performance management and recommend action plan of Submit and present the monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to the CEO:
- Leads/Pipelines
- Sales quota per Sales Manager/Team (including organic, network and in-house)
- Sales target vs actual sales (including organic, network and in-house)
- Monthly collection
- Performance Appraisal Rating of SM and SAS
- Key Performance Indicator (KPI)
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENT
Graduate of Bachelor’s/College Degree in a Business or Commerce.
At least seven (7) years of proven experience as sales director.
